What locations do you service?
We proudly serve North York, Thornhill, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Scarborough. If you're just outside these areas, reach out. We're happy to discuss options and see whether we can still help.
What happens after I book my in-home appointment?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a link to a health history and consent form, which must be completed before your first visit. We'll also send a reminder email 48 hours ahead and a text message 2 hours before your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
It's simple: reach out through our contact form, phone, or email; we will respond the same business day; and together we'll find a day and time that works for you.
Payment & Insurance
How do I pay for my in-home appointment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa/Mastercard debit. Payment information is collected at booking, and your card is charged after your appointment is complete. You'll automatically receive a detailed receipt by email that you can submit to your insurance provider.
How do I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy. After each appointment, we email you a receipt with all the documentation your insurer typically requires for reimbursement. We recommend confirming your specific plan's coverage and referral requirements with your provider before booking.

Physmobile brings physiotherapy to you. Rather than fitting your recovery around a clinic's schedule and location, we build a treatment plan around your home, your routine, and your specific condition with the one-on-one time and attention that in-clinic settings often can't offer.
Who We Help
I'm a senior — how can in-home physiotherapy benefit me?
In-home physiotherapy is well suited to a wide range of conditions common later in life, including: Neurological conditions (stroke, Parkinson's, MS); Balance disorders and fall risk; Chronic or persistent pain; Sports and activity-related injuries; Ankle and foot injuries; Neck and back pain, including sciatica; Post-surgical recovery.

We follow the security and privacy standards required under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Your information is kept confidential and secure at all times.
How do I obtain my medical records?
Just email us and we'll provide you with a copy of your records.
Policies
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are subject to a 50% charge.
